Below is Yongxiang Preferred refund and returns policy. If you encounter a problem with the product,Our company refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. After 30 days from your purchase date, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
Return Eligibility
For a return, keep the item unused, in its original condition and packaging.
We cannot accept returns of:
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, newspapers/magazines)
- Intimate/sanitary goods
- Hazardous materials
- Flammable liquids/gases
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software
- Certain health/personal care items
Required Documentation
Include your receipt or proof of purchase with your return. Never send returns directly to the manufacturer.
Partial Refunds Apply When:
- Books show visible wear
- Media (CDs, DVDs, games, etc.) have opened packaging
- Items arrive damaged/missing parts (when not our error)
- Returns arrive after 30 days

Gifts shipped to the purchaser: We refund the original buyer, who will be notified.
